The firm has an active litigation practice in landlord-tenant and real estate cases as well as a wide variety of federal and state court litigation experience in bankruptcy, contracts and general commercial disputes.  The firm's corporate practice involves formation of new businesses, representation of established companies, corporate financing, securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, distribution and commercial loan work. The firm also represents on an ongoing basis many co-operatives ranging in size from a large Mitchell Lama project in Manhattan to small low-income cooperatives.
